The following is a Ocado’s Architecture diagram showing thier solution built on Google Cloud. NB If they did it now they would use Cloud ML instead of Google Compute Engine.
The solution had 10k% ROI. It costs £100/month to run the service and they are making £100k saving due to automatically identifying spam which makes up 7% of support emails. (NB I am assuming this is after the emails have been through the normal spam blocking tools).
