M&S Launches on WebSphere Commerce

M&S this morning unveiled its new-look website, shaped around its customers over the course of more than two years of testing. The site is built, for the first time, on its own platform (IBM WebSphere Commerce) instead of the Amazon platform it traded on for many years. Elastic Path Raises $8 million to Fund “Commerce Everywhere” API

Elastic Pathhas raised an $8 million debt round to fuel the development of its “commerce everywhere,” API — a hypermedia platform that abstracts backend complexity for the front-end developer and business person.  Wellington Financial out of Toronto provided the financing.
